Now, more than ever, is the time for you, the members, to utilize this Exchange's services. Not only so you, as contractors, can be kept up to date on upcoming projects that are now out for bids, but also be kept informed of issues that affect our industry.

The Builders Exchange of the Central Coast covers the Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito counties for projects out to bid. The headquarters of the Exchange is located at
100 12th Street Bldg. 2861 Marina, in the greater Monterey Bay area. Expansion and diversification of services has not altered the original concepts of its founders. Professionals are joined together to present a unified position for the construction Industry.
